Flying high over Queen City in the cool of the night--a pair of White Owls
This one immediately caught my eye. The 3D rendering is nicely done and the image itself really fires one's imagination. The idea of the superheroine White Owl crossing paths with her heraldic animal for at least one image is a must in my eyes. The huge moon in the background adds a dreamy feeling to the picture. The heroine herself looks very happy-go-lucky here, which is not always the case and nice to see. Yep, I really like this picture! It could very well be a movie poster. A number of stories could be created with this as a fitting cover. Awesome, I say!
The Artist thought this was FAIR
2 out of 2 deviants thought this was fair.
I love it!
Lovely pose, figure, face, hair and costume. The owl is a brilliant touch!
It's unusual to see a owl flying over a city. This could be the beginning of a story. White Owl is flying over the city when she spots a white owl flying. She takes it as a good omen or maybe a message from the goddess. Then she sees a black ibis suddenly attacking the owl. White Owl is too far away to save the bird. The owl is apparently killed and falls towards the ground. It is now a very bad omen.
Rather a romantic shot, I can imagine some long lost love staring at this and pining away for her.
Beautiful shot of Owl, soaring over the city. It's fantastic, one of your best, I love her smile. I am reminded of Chris Reeve smiling as he soars over the earth with the sun rising behind him at the end of Superman.
Iconic image, great work
They're both beautiful!!
Heroic and Iconic. Clearly with 2 'ics this is one of your best.
That's pretty awesome one of your best. A fantastic and well done idea
Lovely background with the moon and the owl. Nice the way you have the moon light reflecting off your costume. You must have been visiting the gym lately - that is one trim figure you are sporting. It makes me want to pat you on the behind and say 'Good Hooter.' Heh, heh. One of your best portraits.
Is that a Snowy Owl like Hedwig?
WOW! This may be the most beautiful portrait shot you've done to date.
