Rogue's Gallery Bone Lord and Tiamonte

Rex Ossium was a successful Candy maker with dreams of immortality and more.  In an attempt to steal an African cup which would bestow the remaining years of a victim's life to the one who drank the blood; he ran afoul of the newly minted Mr M.  Attempting to kill Mr M,  Ossium shot the gentleman thief.  Mr M rallied though and managed to take out pipe full of hot acid; burning the magnate's face away.  Mr M escaped unharmed but Ossium was slow to forget this slight.  Later in Sarajevo, Ossium was instrumental in rescuing a young woman named Gemma from the slavery of a UN Peacekeeping officer.  The two of them escaped back to the United States, where Ossium, now desperate for a way to restore his face and become even stronger began a killing spree in order to gain superpowers.  Failing with Mr. Answer and Crescendo, Ossium moved his operation to Queen City, and managed to capture White Owl--utilizing Mr M's skills to steal Poseidenum, an element that is capable of draining White Owl's powers.

With Owl as his captive, tests were run to see if her DNA could be extracted and reworked into the Bone Lord's body.  But a reformed Mr M intervened, and with his help, White Owl defeated the Bone Lord.  However, the Bone Lord and Tiamonte escaped; taking both the Poseidenum and the knowledge of White Owl's true identity.
