Rogues Gallery Rose Red

The granddaughter of Heinz Liddell, one of the founders of Colossal Studios, Rose is angry that her grandfather sold his share of the studios long before she was born to purchase an orange grove in California.  She attempted to destroy the studios one Halloween during a party thrown by Colossal's owner, Virgil Coleman.  However, her plans were foiled by Coleman's fiance, Athena Nikos (who was at the party dressed as the Black Cat)

Rose Red possesses considerable strength and is a bit of a mutant--in that she cannot wear watches or carry a cell phone because her body causes them to short out.  When she wears a certain belt comprised of Silver and Lapis Lazuli, however, her powers are enhanced, allowing her to drain strength from her opponent.  She figured out that the "Black Cat" at the party may have been a meta herself, and now seeks a revenge against the woman who defeated her.
