Terminate Order

The trail of stolen technology pointed straight to Libra. I had tracked them as far as Megopolis and called my friend Ultra Woman to help with the takedown. But her phone and com links were all down. I was worried...but I thought maybe she was off at her island home. I followed the clues, arriving at the Libra headquarters just after 3 am. I broke into the labs, finding Commander Douglas and Cherie hunched over the control board. I cracked my knuckles and cleared my throat, announcing my presence.

Douglas turned, while Cherie brought up the large monitor screen. Ultra Woman hung by chains, with a a cylinder of anesthetic keeping her unconscious. "You're too late, White Owl...Cherie has just executed the terminate order..."
